At TryArtWork.com, we are dedicated to providing your artwork with accuracy and care. Since our paintings are 100% hand-painted, the delivery process consists of two stages: Processing Time (creation) and Shipping Time (transit).
1. Order Cut-off Time
To ensure timely processing, please note our order deadlines:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Eastern Standard Time (New York).
- Orders placed after: 5:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
2. Processing Time: Crafting Your Masterpiece
The time it takes to prepare your order, paint, and dry your artwork starts as soon as your payment is verified. High-quality oil paintings require time for layers to dry properly to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Handling Time: 14–21 business days.
3. Shipping Cost & Delivery Method
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders.
- Delivery Method: We provide reliable Door-to-Door Courier Delivery to your specified shipping address.
- Couriers: We partner with leading global carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to ensure your artwork is handled professionally and delivered directly to your home or office.
4. Estimated Transit Times
Once your painting has passed quality control, it is handed over to our shipping partners.
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days.
- Europe: 10–20 business days.
- Australia & Rest of World: 15–25 business days.
Total Delivery Time: Please note that Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. On average, you can expect your masterpiece to arrive within 24–46 business days.
5. Global Artist Workshops
To ensure the best quality-to-price ratio, we ship directly from our specialized international artist workshops and partner facilities in Asia. This allows us to offer made-to-order masterpieces created by talented global artists without local gallery markups.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from info@tryartwork.com with a tracking number.
This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive the notification.
7. Customs, Duties & Sales Tax
For United States Customers:
- Import Duties: Under the U.S. "de minimis" threshold, most international orders valued at less than $800 USD are admitted free of duty and taxes.
- Sales Tax: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We do not collect additional sales tax at this time.
- Exceptions: If your order exceeds $800, it may be subject to formal customs entry. In such cases, any applicable duties or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
For International Customers (Outside the USA):
Orders shipped to Canada, Europe, Australia, or other regions may be subject to import taxes, VAT, and customs duties levied by the destination country. These charges are calculated by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. TryArtwork.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
8. Packaging & Safety
Every painting is meticulously rolled and packaged in protective hard tubes to guarantee it arrives in flawless condition. If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent individually to ensure maximum safety during transit.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
We work hard to ensure every order arrives on schedule and undamaged. If your package is misplaced or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tryartwork.com. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
