1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at info@tryartwork.com.
- Return Address: Our primary return processing facility is located in Estonia. Depending on your location, we may provide an alternative address during the return process.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, TryArtWork.com will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.
- Please note: International shipping rates apply for returns to our Estonia facility for 'Change of Mind' reasons.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@tryartwork.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom & Personalized Orders: This includes portraits created from your photos or artwork with specific modifications requested by you.
- Gift Cards: These are non-returnable.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for free within 24 hours of purchase. Since our artworks are hand-painted, once the painting process has significantly progressed or the item has shipped, it will be treated as a standard return.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Revolut, PayPal, or Stripe) within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
